Thing 7 continued!!

I listened to the Opel program entitled Risk Takers and Rule Makers. I only listened to part of it because we were open at the time. I think that the Webinars, Podcasts would be a great tool for staff training, and could take the place of some staff meetings. Mileage is getting to be an increasing problem, and this would be an inexpensive way to do some training. It would also be interesting to have some authors booktalks and discussion groups on a podcast so that patrons could listen to them. It might promote increased participation if patrons heard a book discussion. They might decide to join the group!!
